Fees: $50 - Individual/Groups with a maximum of 20 entries accepted. Check In & Set Up at NOON. Winner will be announced at 3:15 pm.

- Festival goes will be able to purchase tasting kits in order to cast their vote for the "People's Choice Award"

- Contestants should make at least 1 gallon of salsa

- Each salsa entry needs a person to serve the public

- Please provide your own card table, chairs, shade, serving utensils, ice coolers, etc & decor for your booth

- Salsa must be prepared in advance. Commercial salsa is NOT permitted.
