Science of Stretching: Flexibility & Mobility Training
Science Of Stretching™ is a mat-based, targeted flexibility and mobility training method that helps students with stiff backs, locked up hips, and tight hamstrings. In this workshop, we review and break down poses, with modifications, to equip students with basic knowledge to continue practice at home. Class is suitable for beginners, no experience is required. This is a good option whether you sit at a desk all day, work out 7 days a week or anything in between.
The SoS training method holds poses from 2 to 5 minutes, helping to stretch and lengthen muscles and fascia while simultaneously teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts. Tune in to your mind and the physical sensations in your body.
